The Registration Desk is located under the Grandstand. Anyone needing to register their tractor or golf cart, please come to the Registration Desk when you arrive.

Golf Carts Rentals

We will provide a limited supply of golf carts for rental on the grounds.  Please reserve your golf cart rental in advance by may 1, 2022, to ensure you'll have a cart for your use.  We are only pre-registering 3-day rentals. Four-passenger carts are only available with pre-registration.  Golf Cart Rental Forms are available here.

Personal Golf Carts

Attendees to the Expo may bring their personal golf cart, Gator, or utility vehicle onto the Expo grounds with proper registration and payment of a $10 fee, per vehicle. The registration desk is located under the Grandstand.

Camping

There is RV camping available on site with water and electric hookup. We will accept reservations, including the days preceeding and following the Expo. Camping fees are $35 per night. There are showers and restrooms available on the fairgrounds. Camping questions may be directed to Expo Co-Chair Brian Starcher at 330-439-3408. The reservation form will be available here by March 1.

Antique Tractor Pull

Our Antique Tractor Pull is for John Deere tractors only, and only models up to 1973 may participate. You must display your tractor in order to pull. This event will be held Friday afternoon. Tractor Pull rules are available here.

Tractor Games

If you display a tractor, you are invited to show off your skills at our Tractor Games on Thursday afternoon. We have everything from a Blindfolded Obstacle Course to the tricky Barrel Roll. The only thing you win is bragging rights, but it’s a fun competition. For age 16 and over.

Tractor Parades

On Friday and Saturday, at noon, we’ll have a Tractor Parade.   Anyone who displays a tractor is invited to participate.  A Master of Ceremonies will announce information about each tractor and its owner.

Lawn and Garden Tractors

Bring your John Deere lawn and garden tractors to display. Garden tractor enthusiasts will be at home at our Expo right alongside the big tractors. Model 120 Lawn and Garden Tractors will be displayed indoors in our Feature Lawn & Garden Building.

Seminars

We plan to provide you with interesting and informative seminars at our Expo, with an opportunity for speakers to take your questions after each seminar.

Watch our facebook page at Eastern National Expo XI as we will post the business cards of vendors coming to our show. You may wish to contact them in advance for a tractor part or special collectible and meet up with them at the Expo.

Parts Vendors and Toy Vendors

Our Expo may see forty or fifty vendors or more showcasing their wares, with inside and outside sales. Come buy just the tractor part you needed, that hard-to-find service manual, or a vintage John Deere Ertl toy tractor just like you had as a kid. These vendors come from all over to display their products for your perusal.

Threshing and Shelling Demonstrations

For old-time fun, we’ll have a John Deere Model 4030 tractor with a JD Model 71 corn sheller demonstrating the art of shelling corn. We’ll also have a JD Model D tractor with a JD threshing machine and wheat bundles for demonstration. It’s noisy, messy, and fun to watch.

JD Collectibles

New this year! We’ll have displays of John Deere collectibles. If you have an interesting JD collection, or some special rare items you’d like to put on view at the Expo, contact Vicki Slater at 330-201-1935 to reserve a display case.

Buy and Sell at The Trading Post

Consign your John Deere parts, tires, tractors, toys, tools, memorabilia, antiques or farm-related items, big or small, and turn them into cash! Bring your items to the Expo and stop in to see the gentlemen at our Trading Post. You set your own price for each item, and you do not need to be an Ohio Two Cylinder Club member to participate.

Expo attendees are encouraged to stop by The Trading Post daily to peruse the items for sale. You never know what may show up!

JR Acres Museum Tour

A highlight of Thursday evening is the chance to visit the museums at JR Acres, just outside of Wooster. This family’s personal museum is not open to the public, but as an Expo attendee, you will get the opportunity to tour this wonderland of agricultural memories at no charge. Just allow yourself plenty of time to visit each nook and cranny.

Memorabilia Consignment Auction

Our Memorabilia Consignment Auction on Friday evening may give you an opportunity to find just the John Deere pedal tractor or bundle of sales literature you are looking for. We never know what will show up!

Consider consigning your John Deere items whether small, medium or large to an audience particularly interested in John Deere items! Bring your items in on Wednesday or Thursday and we will set your items up to be consigned to auction and safely displayed.  For more information, call Joe Slater at 330-262-1993.

Machinery Equipment Consignment Auction

Our Machinery Equipment Consignment Auction will be Saturday afternoon at the east end of the racetrack.

John Deere tractors, implements, lawn & garden tractors, parts, tires, and any related items are accepted. We’ll have a loading dock, loader trailer, a skid steer and volunteers willing to help you unload. We prefer items come in on Wednesday, as attendees peruse the auction goods each day. If you let us know what you plan to bring, we can help it sell with early advertising. Machinery auction consignment fees here.
